Once you've affixed the label, drop off your package at the nearest UPS or FedEx location. Return Guidelines

Articles are accepted for credit or exchange in the U.S. if returned in a saleable condition within 30 days of purchase, accompanied by the sales receipt. Please note the following guidelines:

• Merchandise $75,000 and under will be accepted for return or exchange within 30 days of purchase.
• Merchandise over $75,000 will be eligible for exchange within 30 days of purchase; however, no refunds will be issued for purchases exceeding this amount.
• All merchandise must be returned with its original packaging, including blue boxes, Nabuka jewelry boxes, and pouches.
• Watches must be returned with the same number of links presented at the time of purchase and accompanied by the warranty card.
• Fragrance must be returned in its original packaging, including water seal stickers, and in saleable condition.
• Personalized items with engraving, etching, embossing, and other services are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refund Process

Upon request, a refund will be issued to the purchaser if payment has been received. Gift recipients are entitled to a nonrefundable merchandise credit. Please note that cash refunds are not available for returns made at retail locations. Instructions for returning or exchanging your gift selection will be included with your package.
